Tropika and Kampong Boogie are bringing the legendary DJ Krush back to Singapore on 30 November at Intermission Bar (The Projector).

This marks the revered Japanese producer and turntablist's first time back in over a decade, since his March 2014 show at Gem Bar.

Celebrated for his live mixing and sound composition, DJ Krush is a pioneering beatmaker with a career spanning over 40 years. His innovative style transcends boundaries, merging atypical rhythms and abstract samples from jazz, soul, and traditional Japanese instruments.

DJ Krush's voluminous discography includes his latest album Saisei, which is yet another brilliant showcase his ability to defy genre limitations as he conjures everything from ethereal trip hop to bass-heavy compositions.

The underground uminary will be supported by local veterans like Syndicate founder Kiat, Revision Music head honcho Nez, hip-hop heavyweight Drem, and Tropika's own Ramesh.

“We are thrilled to bring DJ Krush back to Singapore,” said Ramesh Krishnan, co-founder of Tropika. “A true master of the art of djing. His unique style and mastery of sound have influenced countless artists, and we’re excited for both long-time heads and new fans to experience his performance live once again.”
