Fresh off their winsome performance at Road To Sunda back in October, acclaimed Indonesian disco-pop outfit Precious Bloom will be returning to Singapore for a much-anticpiated New Year's Eve show. Their upcoming gig marks the duo's first indoor live performance in the country.
Precious Bloom is part of the fantastic NYE programming for newly-minted music, arts and culture venue RASA. Although the nightclub will only be officially launching in January 2025, their NYE celebrations should serve as an exciting sneak preview of the space for the general public.
Beyond checking out RASA's environment during this NYE spectacular, the booking of Precious Bloom also gives audiences an ideal introduction to the club's vision and mission of spotlighting Southeast Asian talent.
Precious Bloom is made up of accomplished songwriter Adinda Dwimadadasari and renowned record collector / music producer Dea Barandana. Known for their bewitching blend of disco, psychedelia, Indonesian city pop, new beat basslines and traditional Asian musical elements - the band is notable for being one of the first regional acts to release on Amsterdam-based label and Rush Hour imprint Store Jams.
Taking place on 31 December from 7pm to 4am across both the Hall and Floor rooms - the event will also feature resident DJs Anwar, Daryl Knows, and Loyboy alongside local guest artists Sufyan and MUGIC's Ulysses. Entry is $30 at the door only, and RASA is located at 9 Raffles Place, Republic Plaza Tower 1.
