Slowdive will be returning to Taiwan next year.
On 29 December, concert promoter ULC Presents announced that the British shoegaze veterans will perform at Taipei's Legacy MAX on 16 March. The forthcoming show will be the 'When The Sun Hits' act's first in the city since July 2014.

Slowdive's Taipei engagement will take place in the same month as their previously announced Japan tour, which will see them perform in Tokyo and Osaka.
Before heading to Asia, the band will play sold-out concerts in cities such as Amsterdam, Paris, Copenhagen, Berlin, and Barcelona as part of their 2024 European tour.
Formed in Reading in 1989, Slowdive launched three studio albums in the 1990s — Just for a Day, Souvlaki, and Pygmalion— before going their separate ways in 1995. Three years after reuniting to perform at the 2014 Primavera Sound Festival, the band exited their two-decade-long music-making hiatus with the release of their self-titled fourth studio album.
The band's current lineup is made up of vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist Rachel Goswell, vocalist and guitarist Neil Halstead, guitarist Christian Savill, bassist Nick Chaplin, and drummer Simon Scott.
