Fragments confront their inner demons with the release of their latest single.
On 12 April (Friday), the Filipino metalcore act dropped their new offering 'ALLINSANE' via The Orchard, following their 2023 single 'Ratrace'.
Lyrically, 'ALLINSANE' takes listeners through a battlefield in a fight against their inner demons, as they tackle their darkest and most vulnerable thoughts.
"We started writing 'ALLINSANE' a few years back during the lockdown; I believe this is the last song written then," vocalist Niko Cezar shares with Bandwagon. "Carl [Gonzales] and I aimed it to be more live-centric and have that band-to-audience connection than the usual prog/modern metalcore style that we've done before, but there's still part of this song that we went full-on metalcore especially on the breakdowns, haha. I envisioned it to have everyone banging their heads and going ALL INSANE with us."
Fragments are set to release more music this year. Cezar adds, "Our plan for the rest of the year is to release more singles and take our band out in the wild as much as possible maybe also do a few small tours here and there but as of now, we're focused on writing songs and promoting ALLINSANE."
